Alexandre Mauvais is a Swedish–Italian multilingual actor based between Rome and Stockholm. Raised in Italy and educated at the German School of Rome, he developed a profound linguistic and cultural versatility early on, working fluidly in German, Italian, Swedish, and English, with working knowledge of French and Spanish.
His professional training includes advanced film acting studies at the Stockholm University of the Arts, the Summer Conservatory at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York, and the International Screen Acting Workshop at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, where he was selected by an international industry jury.
Alongside his training, Alexandre has worked across independent film, television, and international commercial productions. For him, the screen is a space to explore existential and philosophical questions, and to share those explorations with an audience. As an artist, he is particularly drawn to complex figures of authority and stories of cultural displacement.
